Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Heart Mercantile! We strive to provide you with the best apparel and goods in all the Midwest! Or at least Ohio. However, we understand how hard it can be to purchase clothes online, especially if you’re giving or receiving a gift. Read our terms below to find a good option for you if you don’t like what you’ve received.

We do NOT accept returns. 

If an item has arrived to you damaged/broken/defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will promptly send you a replacement.

If an incorrect item has shipped to you, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will send you the correct item.

This does NOT apply if you simply changed your mind on the color or style you’ve ordered. 

But we know changing your mind happens, we do it ourselves all the time. So instead, you have the following options:

  • You can exchange it! Message us within 15 days of your order delivering, let us know which item you’d like to exchange it for (must be of equal or lesser value), and we’ll get started on the process right away.
  • If you don’t want to exchange it, you can receive store credit instead! To request store credit, message us within 15 days of your order delivering and we’ll send instructions on how to send the item back to us. It must be in its original condition. Store credit can only be used online.

It’s important to note a few final things:

  • Shipping fees for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
  • Exchanges and store credit requests that do not meet the specified conditions outlined in this policy may not be accepted.
